420's Backstory, Like A Kite Without A String (Giggles shows up in these, but she isn't the main focus of either. Figured I should link to them anyway.)

- Ditzy, sweet, caring. Usually cheerful. Can be somewhat immature at times. Something of a valley
girl.
- Somewhat skewed sense of priorities, at times. She'd rather focus on fun stuff, like hanging out with her friends or buying shoes, rather than something "boring" like getting a job. (It's not that she's against working *in general*, necessarily, it's more that she's only got a high-school education and a fairly limited skillset; most of the places that'll hire her, she finds dull. Admittedly, she hasn't exactly tried that hard to get a job, either.)
- Physically clingy with people, little-to-no sense of personal space. If she loves someone, she'll hang onto them; she genuinely doesn't realize/understand that not everyone's into that, nor does she mean to be annoying.
- Easily trusting, tends to consider people friends soon after she meets them. In general, Giggles tends to 'judge' people very quickly. If you piss her off quickly, she's probably not going to like you. If you're nice to her, she'll love you.
- Can't stand being kept in the dark about things. If she thinks someone's hiding something from her, she'll bug them endlessly until she finds out what it is, one way or another.
- Kind of short; mildly annoyed by this, but doesn't really think about it unless it's brought up or something. (It's less the fact that she's short, and more the fact that she's shorter than everyone she knows, that bothers her; because she's also the youngest of her friends, sometimes it makes her feel like she's just a tagalong kid, or somesuch)
- Adores shoes and has a huge collection of them.
- Grew up in Telluria, moved to Felicitas City (with Allie) after she graduated high school.
- Her older siblings are 420 and Kaboom. Their parents were never really around to begin with (when they were around, they didn't pay much attention to their kids), and eventually they disappeared when Giggles was pretty young (how young? Well, 420 was 16 at the time, so). She hasn't seen or heard from them since then, but she's not that bothered about it - she barely knew them anyway, so their absence really didn't change anything. Giggles has a very casual, cavalier attitude about the fact that her parents left her to fend for herself; she was unfazed at the time, and she's unfazed now. (Also, her lack of parents came in handy when she started dating Allie. No parents, no one to stop her from inviting her girlfriend over all the time ;) lol and yeah, Giggles can be a little perverted at times)
- She barely knows her older brother. 420 never paid all that much attention to her, and the rare time he did try and connect, things were incredibly awkward. She hasn't seen/heard from him since she moved out (she didn't leave any contact details - it didn't cross her mind - and she's never made any attempt to contact him, either). She doesn't dislike him, but she doesn't think much about him, either. She just think he's kind of weird (like "oh, that's just my brother, he's kinda silly, haha", not in a "ugh what a weirdo" way).
- Giggles has a....... fractious relationship with her older sister, to put it nicely. They've spent their entire lives arguing with each other. Giggles really hates Kaboom; she just sees her as an annoying jerk. They haven't seen each other since they moved out (Giggles doesn't even know where Kaboom lives these days), which suits Giggles just fine.
- (I guess I'm talking about her relationships now. Okay then!) Allie! Allie is Giggles' girlfriend and she's crazy for her. They've been friends since they were kids; they met at school, but neither one can really remember their first meeting, now. They started dating when they were around 13-14 and moved in together after graduating high school (although they practically lived together anyway). The ribbon that Giggles always wears was a gift from Allie, from when they first started dating.
- Wasn't a terribly attentive student. Eventually, one of her high school teachers decided to try and 'scare her straight', and told her that if she didn't get her act together, she'd be expelled. (They were just bluffing, but Giggles didn't/doesn't know that) They suggested she find a tutor to help her, and recommended Chuckles Foley, since he was an excellent student. Giggles went looking for him and pretty much latched onto him right away. She completely adores Chuckles; they're best friends, more like siblings, really. She looks up to him a lot. (And yeah, he helped her get her grades up. ...he may have resorted to bribery, once or twice. :p and Giggles, in turn, inspired him to become a teacher! ^^)
- her and Cami are also buddies! ^^ Cami is Allie's older cousin, so Giggles met her soon after she first met Allie. Giggles doesn't always understand Cami's point of view, but she likes her anyway.
- She hates Chortle (Chuckles' older brother) about as much as Kaboom. :B They've only met a couple of times; all of those times, he hit on her and was generally annoying. She met Titters maybe once? He didn't really make a good first impression (I figure he was unintentionally awkward, and also assumed her and Chuckles were dating) and she found him kind of irritating... she doesn't exactly dislike him but she doesn't really have any interest in meeting him again, if that makes sense.
