- Witch, particularly skilled with potions. Uses her cane as a wand.
- Annoying. She's one of those people that is convinced that she's always right, no matter what. If she knows she's in the wrong, she'll use magic to make herself right. Never apologizes, no matter what; she thinks that if you apologize, you're basically admitting you were wrong.
- Hates her full name and only goes by a nickname. She legally changed her surname, to distance herself from her family.
- For some reason, she has a French accent. (Spoiler: it's fake.) Also, unrelatedly, she says "yes?" at the end of most sentences.
- Best friends with Xavier (since high school); she's completely loyal to him. She's not sure if some of the things she's helped him with are entirely the right thing to do... but she sticks by him anyway.
- Huge crush on Talys.
- Mentors Hazuki in magic/witchcraft. Tracy was mentored by an older witch named Jerrica, and the two are quite close.
- Hasty, bad at thinking on her feet (jumps to conclusions). Makes decisions quickly. Fairly impatient with others, unless she likes them.
- Her older sister is Malie; they hate and avoid each other. Tracy doesn't get along with any of her family - she was disowned - but she hates her sister the most.
- Will never physically harm/injure anyone else, if it can at all be avoided. (She'll make death threats, etc, but they're always empty.)
- Slowly sliding down the slippery slope from neutrality to actual evil.
