Misc stuff that doesn't warrant a page of its own:
Original film's UK edits: In addition to the now well-known "pizza box" edit (used on Disney+ worldwide - here in the UK, we had it all along), original UK releases replaced the credits music, which seems to be kind of obscure trivia...? At the time, Gareth Gates was popular because of the show Pop Idol, so they used his cover of "Suspicious Minds" here.
The original US release's credits music goes "Burning Love" (Wynonna) -> "Can't Help Falling in Love" (A-Teens) -> about 2 1/2 minutes of score (Alan Silvestri)
The UK release instead goes "Burning Love" (Wynonna) -> "Suspicious Minds" (Gareth Gates) -> about a minute of "Can't Help Falling in Love" (A-Teens). The credit text itself was not altered, so "Can't Help Falling" is still prominently listed in the credits, and there's no credits for the Gareth Gates song at all.
The original UK DVDs also included a full music video for "Suspicious Minds" and a truncated (1:02) version of the video for "Can't Help Falling in Love". I don't know if modern releases include these... The Disney+ release uses the original US credits for all regions.

The series has multiple variations of the opening animation. All have the same animation from 00:00-00:10 (the photos), then from 00:34 to 01:00 (Stitch vs the tiki heads, everyone dancing), but the animation between those two points varies. No idea why. Here's a guide to them!
OP 1: clips from "Kixx", "Reuben", lots from S!TM, ends w/ bit from "Clip"
OP 2: "Mr. Stenchy" clips, lotsa Jumba and Pleakley, ends w/ Yang laughing
OP 3: Starts off with a clip from "Mr. Stenchy", like OP 2, but then goes into way diff. clips. Features the doll trial from "Phantasmo". Ends w/ Deforestator doin' his thing
OP 4: Starts off w/ 513 (Richter) getting activated, lots of clips of Kixx and Richter, ends w/ L&S shaking hands. No laughter or "Makamaka!".
OP 5: Combo of OP 1 and 2, basically. Ends w/ Pleakley bonking into a tree.
I made two charts listing which eps have which openings; couldn't decide which one conveyed the info better, so you get both.

Every year since 2022, I've taken photos of select parts of my L&S collection to celebrate "Stitch Week", i.e. 24th-29th June (with an extra pic on the 30th to wrap things up). The fandom celebrates these days because if you write dates in month-day format, they read as "6/24", "6/25", etc - so basically the experiment numbers! So 24th June is Angel Day, for example.
Generally my photos just contain a random selection of merch I have for the character in question (i.e. whatever was close to hand when I was taking the pics :P), except for my Reuben Day pics which always include all of my Reuben merch (me? biased? naaaah...). So that's why some years' photos are more merch-heavy than others. 628's never been shown outside of pod form, but I hate to skip a day in the middle, so I instead use the 28th as a way to showcase other L&S characters I happen to have merch of.
2022: Angel, Reuben, Stitch, 627, 28th June, Leroy, Stitch Week 2022 (and 20th anniversary of the original film)
2023: Angel, Reuben, Stitch, 627, 28th June, Leroy, Stitch Week 2023, bonus pic: L&S: The Series 20th Anniversary
2024: Angel, Reuben, Stitch, 627, 28th June, Leroy, Stitch Week 2024
