It's pretty well-known these days that the original Lilo and Stitch film was edited slightly for the UK release (the infamous "pizza box washing machine" edit), but did you know that Stitch! The Movie was slightly edited for UK releases, too? Same logic as the washing machine edit; some things deemed 'imitable' were slightly edited out. See a comparison of the three edited scenes below.

Cut to inside the ship. Stitch is fiddling with the wires, they light up three times as the shot pans outwards.

Here, Lilo's line goes over the fourth time the wires light up:
Lilo: (o/s) Don't we need the keys?

...and Lilo runs in from bottom-left as she says her line:
Lilo: Don't we need the keys?

Lilo runs in from bottom-left and we hear Stitch's line:
Stitch: Ih. Kanjijibe, ziz-ziz!

Stitch: Ih. Kanjijibe, ziz-ziz!

Exterior shot of Jumba's ship is shown again. We can hear the sounds of it starting up.

Stitch holds the two wires together, and we can hear the sounds of the ship starting up.

Close-up of the ship's console turning on.

Cut back to show Stitch still holding the sparking wires...

...he looks at the o/s Lilo and laughs.

Close-up of the ship's console turning on. I think the animation here plays slightly slower than in the uncut version. We hear Stitch laughing from off-screen.

...and again holds them together, so that we hear sparking noises.

Stitch picks up the jumper cables and turns to face Sparky and Lilo...

Stitch picks up the jumper cables and turns to face Sparky and Lilo. (The last shot here is shown REALLY briefly before they cut to the next shot.)
Stitch: Ih. Kanjiji-

...and taps the cables together to make them spark.
Stitch: Ziz-ziz!

He looks at Sparky and laughs...

...then attaches the cables to Sparky's feelers.

The panning shot of the lighthouse is shown again.
Stitch: -be. Ziz-ziz! (laughs)
We hear sparking sounds (in the original, this is the sound of Stitch attaching the cables to Sparky)

Close-up of Sparky with jumper cables attached. He concentrates and we pan up to show the electricity coursing through his feelers and down into the cables.

Wide shot of Sparky powering up the lighthouse (note that because of all the electricity, you can't actually really see the cables here).

In the UK version, this shot is repeated/extended, so the light softly fades in/out (in the US version, the light turns on and stays that way). It's actually a really well done and pretty cool-looking edit, there's no "jump" or obvious "join" when the animation repeats.

One other oddity is that on the UK DVD's credits, "Aloha, E Komo Mai" sounds noticeably sped-up. Normally I'd attribute this to PAL speedup... but the music video on the DVD's bonus features sounds just normal, no speed-up at all. o_O Not sure what to make of that, figured it was worth a mention...
